Special Event
Our private rooms book up 6-8 weeks in advance. However, we will always do our best to try and accommodate your event.
Events are typically 3 hours long. That allows plenty of time for arrivals, getting shoes and set up on the lanes and of course eating, drinking and gutter balls! If you have a large guest count or would like to host a tournament style event, we suggest hosting a 4 hour event.
Yes, we require a 50% non refundable deposit to book an event. We require the remaining balance to be paid in full three days prior to your event.
Pending availability we will do our best to try and accommodate your date change. If you’ve paid the 50% non refundable deposit, this will be applied to your new event date. Your deposit is valid up to one year from the deposit date, and can be utilized at any corporate Lucky Strike.
We understand the specialty needs required to produce kosher catering and will work hard to meet these needs. Your local Event Sales Manager will be able to discuss the different options available.
This varies greatly depending on the number of bowlers and what their playing speed is. A good estimate is 1 to 1 ½ hours per 10 bowlers on a lane.
Once you arrive at Lucky Strike, the manager on duty will be taking care of your event. Our managers are there to ensure your event’s complete success and facilitate any onsite needs you may have.
Adult Party
To secure your event, we do require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation, as well as a signed proposal. We require the remaining balance to be paid in full three days prior to your event.
If you have paid a deposit, you have one year to reschedule your event.
We suggest you arrive ten to fifteen minutes early, as your lanes will be ready at the time your party is scheduled to begin.
Please contact us if you are running late. We start and end your lanes according to the times stated on your contract. However, we may be able to extend your lanes, dependent upon lane availability at the time your event ends.
Yes. When you schedule an event, your lanes are automatically reserved in a consecutive group.
The Approach package is available with unlimited soft drinks. Contact your local sales manager to find out more.
Kids Party
Any child who is able to bowl is included in the package, which is usually around the age of 3 or 4 years old. Children younger than this would not be included in your guest count.
Yes, as soon as your lanes are made available for your event you are free to decorate your reserved lanes as you choose.
Our kid’s packages can only include the kids attending your event. You can purchase a Happy Party or bowling lanes and food in addition to the kid’s package for the adults attending your party.
There is no charge for adults attending a kid’s party, unless they would like to eat, drink, or bowl themselves.
Absolutely. If you are expecting a large number of adults to attend your child’s birthday party, or vice versa, it makes perfect sense to include all your guests in the fun!!
